And so sometimes even forceful breaths can help balance your overall vata, depending on what the nature of the disturbance is.

going into vata season which we're going to go into pretty soon you know

yeah like we're it's already it's already becoming right now so it's august 12th as we're um filming this but right now vata is accumulating in everyone's body everyone um especially those in our hemisphere and uh And yeah, it's accumulating in the body.
And then when it hits fall, actual fall, where the weather is, where the air is crisp and cool and dry, then it's very aggravated.
So right now, actually, towards the end of summer would be the time to start pacifying some vata.
Yeah.
to hit it before it actually becomes aggravated.
It's already accumulated.
Right.
It can be reactive, but Western medicine by nature is reactive.
And then the holistic wellness that we promote and more holistic practitioners, whether it's Ayurveda or not, is more preemptive and proactive or prophylactic in nature.
So- it would be good to start sooner rather than later because we don't want to have our vata fried before fall we want to we want to be soothing it long before then right oh so um yeah so other kufik activities listeners that you could Oh, other cuffing activities that you guys could get into.
I literally just changed the setting on my computer.
