**Show Notes:** Can bloating really go away? Is protein powder healthy? What causes fatty liver from an Ayurvedic perspective? And how does Ayurveda approach chronic conditions like fibromyalgia? In…
But right.
Yeah, definitely spun out, burn out.
Right.
Because remember, too, like when we think about fire, like when you get a really strong blaze, it's moving air.
So even if your vata was good, if you have too much heat, you're going to have it consuming the air and it's going to create its own flow of vata.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's so beautiful.
I was talking to a client the other day, yesterday actually, and we were talking about, she had such great questions that were so insightful that I feel like everybody has these questions.
I'm like, thank you for asking these.
Um, but she was, you know, talking about how, like, okay, like what makes me, um, triggered by tomatoes, for example, or like triggered by certain things.
I, uh, you know, like, is it something, is this the way that I was like built? Is this the way that is this genetic? Is it something that I was born with? Is it something that like has just happened over time? And like, why tomatoes? Those are something that's seemingly healthy, but there's, you know, like I can understand processed foods and everything else, but like why this food, everybody else seems okay with it, but sometimes it aggravates me.
And then sometimes it aggravates me when it's cooked a different way.
And I'm like, beautiful, actually beautiful questions because Ayurveda has the answer to all of those things.
Um,
You're like, how long do you have? Because let's
go.
I know.
I know.
And so it's just cool to address the question that she had of like, am I born with this? Or is this like something that's been happening for a long time? It's both, you know, like it's, it's both.
So you have like your Prakriti, your genetic dosha, and you have your Vikriti, which is your imbalanced dosha.
And I just think like the doshas are always moving.
That's what they do.
And, um, and they move in response to what you're eating and how you're feeling, what you're thinking and your behaviors and your environment and your, um, like how you're living your day-to-day life.
And so of course it's just something, yes, things happen over time.
But right.
