Roshni DattaniGuestSerenaHostI love that, and I love that you mention, too, as one of those aspects of wealth being the time piece, because I don't think that a lot of people realize that, um, or maybe have the, uh, pinpoint of that's what it is when they're miserable in a, a career, and they're feeling like-
... they're just draining their energy.
But, like, that time piece is so important to understand, like, do we really want to have all our energy go into this one thing that's not feeding our soul or, you know-
... giving that, um, that recycling of energy back is how I kind of look at it.
But that is beautiful.
I love that.
Um, how long were you in your career before you kind of made that shift?
Oh.

Um, and so that was in act- 2023 is when I made the shift into doing, uh, running my own business and actually following my passion.

And that was a really interesting time because, um, during that time I was still working full time, but I was tapping into the power of sound and frequency, and really learning more about where, how sound impacts us on a deeper level, so emotionally, physically, um, spiritually.

And sound, you know, has had so, like, there- sound has been around us and, and is around us all the time, whether we hear it, whether we see it, we can...

There's so much about sound that we can experience, and not just from a music perspective, but of actually, like, we carry our own sound.

And when we can tap into that and recognize who we are and, um, hear our own voice, um, that allows us to actually then tap into what brings us excitement and what actually fulfills us.

And especially when it comes to a purpose perspective, um, doing something that actually is fulfilling.
That's great.
And so with the sound healing kind of open you up to that, when did that come into play as far as, um, what was your experience? Like, did you go to a sound healing, like a sound bath, or how did you get into that?
