But I've thought about it a little bit differently now.
recently because I've started using ChatGPT to do my email for me and I just ask it to scan my inbox and yeah, whatever, like who knows, maybe I might regret this decision, but I'm so busy and anything that can just help me out is a huge plus.
So I've been using it for my calendar, everything.
I've just, I'm just, just take it all.
take it off me.
And what I noticed was I was asking it to go through, look for podcast invitations or where I've reached out to people and looking for replies.
And it basically picked up on all of these AI generated invites.
And then I was like, well, Why actually, why would I say no to these? Like, there could actually be some really good opportunities in here.
Just because the person is using AI doesn't mean that's an insult or anything.
It just means they're utilizing the tools that are available.
And also, my show's not huge, right? So I'm not going to expect all of these, like...
individual, personalized, non-AI invites.
And one of my problems with the show is getting good guests to come on.
And I think sometimes, certainly in this world that I'm in, it's almost like we're all trying to get our leg up a notch in the status ladder, right? So I'm looking for people who are more famous than me or have more status than me and vice versa.
And that's kind of, I guess, how it works.
But It's a bit of a lazy filter really at the end of the day.
And I suppose that's precisely why you have that filter because there's so many things to do.
You're just kind of like, does it got more followers than me? However, like there's no consideration for, well, actually how would the conversation go with this person? Are they aligned with the type of conversations that I would like to have on the show? So therefore I then used AI to be just like, look at these people, right? Tell me like, tell me what's trash.
Tell me what's like Amber and tell me who I should definitely have on.
And then it just came through like a big old ranking.
And then I dug into it a bit.
I'm like, right.
Okay.
Why do you think this person? And it was just a really easy way for me to go through and filter stuff.
And then all of like the Amber ones, I was able to just say, okay, based on why he was thinking about Amber.
