It's a real pleasure for me to introduce our colleague and guest for today, Chairman Chuck Fleischman, who represents the great Third District of Tennessee, which includes the historic Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Y-12 complex, the birthplace of the Manhattan Project.

And I can just say Chuck, who's become a dear friend over the years, has been a true champion of all things nuclear.

Both of us have had the privilege of knowing and working with, and in my case, for Howard Baker.

And I think Congressman Fleischman represents the very best of the things that Howard Baker championed.

Baker, of course, had been the chairman of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy Agency.

And his book, The Other Guy May Be Right, tells you a lot that's good about what can happen in the U.S. Congress when you have somebody like Chairman Fleischman who's taking a leadership role.

But I have to ask you first, you know, as a student of history, as I am, we're both sort of history buffs, but you're also a published novelist.

Obviously, you have been the Deputy Secretary of Energy, which is truly incredible.

And through the years, you worked with so many good companies and still continue to do that.
