One of the biggest things, our staff philosophy is all ships rise on a rising tide.

And that means that if the business is doing well, every staff member should be doing well.

And that's in terms of remuneration, work-life balance, experience that they have at work.

You know, it flows through to many different things, but essentially the company is run to benefit everybody, not just those at the top.
And hearing what Andrew's done, I kind of want to note down the things I need to be able to start my own 18th month plan.
I'm hearing that you've got to go into this with a strong culture, values that everyone understands, knows and lives by.

there anything you'd kind of give us some advice around those incentive structures? The people that are really important to the operation of that business should be part of ownership structures.

But I think it should be a goal of any business owner who's looking to do that.

I mean, if you're looking to keep all the equity for yourself and then go and live in another country, I'd say that's probably not going to work.

People's work-life balance and their experience of work is another thing that's very important that I think a lot of companies forget about.

Work-life balance for us looks like flexibility in terms of allowing work from home when it's needed.
