So let's just talk what has been the last week for us in the business, just for people to be put in perspective.

The last week.

Okay.

So it's the end of August.

I have four rental closings on September 1st.

So the last week has been wrapping those up and I've got a sale also closing at the end of August.

So I've been doing the final walkthrough, which I have today, the final walkthrough today to, you know, make sure everything's good.

And Working order.

So it's been a busy week.

A lot of showings as well.

I find I'm really, really busy on the rental side right now.

Tons of people who've been trying to, you know, find a place to rent before their kids go back to school, get them registered for school, that sort of thing.

So yeah, my last week has been very busy with showings, walkthroughs, key exchanges, all those things.

Right, right.

Yeah, same.

Me too.

For September 1st, well, I have three rental closings as well.

And it's, you know, rentals, what it entails for viewers out there, we need proof that the tenant's insurance is in place.

We need a lease signed before the possession.

We need to make sure that all the paperwork is in order for our regulatory back end to... accept it and pay us for our services uh we need proof that hydro is transferred that gas is transferred in the tenant's name now believe it or not hot water tank rental is passed to the the tenant

even the owner of the property it's the tenant so you're renting the place you're paying all utilities and guess what here's another cost let's give you the hot water tank what do

you think about that mad do you think it should be the tenant's cost

i mean What I think is the only reason hot water tank rentals even ever started in the first place is builders.

And I've talked with agents in other provinces.
