The condiment we’d pick if we could only have one. With Allan from 2.5 Admins, May from Linux After Dark, and Shane from…
So that question then.
Simon asks, rationing is brought back and you're only allowed one condiment in your kitchen.
Which one do you choose? Easy, ketchup.
That was initially my first reaction as well.
But looking at how I use condiments, I'm going to have to say Kewpie, which is Japanese mayo made with more egg yolk than white.
So it's really yellow mayo.
I'm down with that argument.
I was also immediately ketchup.
But then when actually in reality, I kind of want mayo.
But you're right.
Even better mayo is the winner.
Yes, absolutely.
I am on board with this.
I will fall to your side, screw ketchup.
Now, I love vinegar and I love oil, but I cannot stand mayonnaise.
And it's completely irrational.
What else is in it? Is it eggs and stuff?
Yes.
It's like eggs, oil, and...
Onion powder.
The Japanese stuff is very different.
It has a very different texture.
It's not heavy on oil.
It's mostly just egg yolk and froth and so on.
