Yeah, you know, I think one of the bigger takeaways that I had from those couple days is just hospitality and how important it is, no matter what it is that you're doing.
I think if you're in the hotel business or entertainment business or, you know, like Disney World or stuff like that, I mean, it is a bit easier because people are in the mentality to receive hospitality.
It's expected that they're going to get some hospitable service from whoever it is that you're engaging with or doing business with.
But it's a little bit different for our business, but that doesn't mean that it's not applicable.
It implies just over and beyond when we are able to approach all of our customers in a hospitable way.
We create relationships and customers that are going to be with us for years and decades to come.
In business, there's a lot of talk around acquisition costs around customers.
What does it cost to gain a new customer? And for us, I've never put pen to paper around the actual cost for us to gain a customer.
With that being said, I think in our business, though, there's so many opportunities that we can create, moments that we can create for our customers to be hospitable.
We have so many touch points with the customer, whether at first it's on the phone, you know, when we take an order.
