Armunn Righ and SaYo discuss empty space and beyond. Repentant Magdalene: (ebook + audiobook bundle): https://ko-fi.com/s/0e6a926e5b (paperback)…
Armunn RighHostSaYoHostYou already touched on this in our last Sensei, as well as in our conversation with Griadis and Linda, but it's important to create a space, I mean, removing what is not us, and then create the space and keep that space open, right? And you said that you have more things to say about that.

okay it's not about creating a space the space in my observation is organically there
it

is supposed to be organically there and that is like let's call it a buffer space between the mind and which has a character, you know, performing through the mind and what I call the ego or, you know, whatever higher self or whatever people prefer to talk.

So there is a like a buffer and which should be an empty space because that is where let's say the communication between the decision center of the ego and the mind character is going to take place.

what happens is that from an early age we are given a lot of things to put in between in that empty space now that empty space is not per se the memory room But it is like it draws from the memory room.

So if the memory room has a lot of things that trigger responses and has a lot of content that triggers responses, and we're talking about content that is fake or irrelevant at the very least, What happens is that that empty space becomes crowded with these stimuli, you understand, with these loops of stimuli effect, stimuli effect, right? And so there's no room there anymore for the decision center to quote-unquote talk, it's not with words, but to communicate with the actual mind character.

right so when probably you are asking about creating an empty space is basically to return the emptiness of that space and how do you do that well by removing that which is irrelevant or fake or you know whatever that doesn't belong in the memory room And that re-evaluation can only be done by the ego, not by the mind character.

The mind character is not equipped to really discern unless it's an obvious fake as something that you can rationally understand and measure as this was clearly irrelevant in a rational sense, but in the deeper evaluation that can only be done by the ego or higher self.

And so we go into a field of if that is crowded, the ego can't communicate to the mind character and therefore can't re-evaluate the memory room and therefore the mind character is stuck more and more in a loop.

because it's like you know a layer a covering that imagine that you have like a glass
right

and you put a lid on that glass that the lid is the um this content that i'm talking about that generates these reactions and so on right and so the lid is preventing whatever is above the glass from putting more water let's call it metaphorically in the glass whenever they try to pour more water it hits the lid and doesn't go into the glass and so the glass itself can also Not, you know, communicate outside the glass, cannot send, you know, it gets even stuffy because the air can't come out of it.

So, I'm talking about a metaphor because it helps to visualize, okay? Of course, things are not literally like that.

Usually what happens is that the mind character gets stuck in these loops of stimuli, response, stimuli, response.
