S3:E42 - A new creation needs a new belief system

Like it, it's like a light goes on inside of you and you start to move by different navigation and your perspective changes and what's possible in your life changes.

And you start to be a beacon of what's possible to other people and And for a really long time, I carried this belief that some people were just really anointed.

Some people were really anointed and they were just like better Christians and they had like a heavier calling on them.

And I really don't think that that's the case anymore.

I think that some people, when they choose to believe, things start to shift so heavily for them that they become...

They become an example of what's possible for all of us.

But instead of kind of following in those footsteps, we get into comparison and we're like, well, they're anointed like that.

And I could never do that.

And I don't have that voice and I don't have that influence and I'm not called to lead and all of these things.

And instead of really believing and understanding what's possible for us, we almost build a case about how we're a lesser Christian or we have a lesser anointing, or maybe we're not anointed at all.

And I hope that this episode breaks that off of you in the name of Jesus, that I prayed over this episode that freedom would happen, that chains would be broken, that mindsets would be broken, that patterns would be broken, that old beliefs would be broken.

would be dismantled on this episode.

And so I just want you to go into it with the intention of being open, of really being curious with yourself and being like, okay, what are my current belief systems? Because I am an inheritance.

I am adopted into a new belief system when I was born again in the spirit, when I came into you know, kingdom of heaven instead of living in the world.

So I've titled this episode, a new creation requires a new belief system because too often, you know, we hear, we hear new creation and we go through baptism and, you know, choosing to believe in God and But we continue to live our previous lives while believing in God.

And it's like believing in God was the goal.

And if I may be so bold, believing in God is like the lowest bar.

It is the bare minimum.

From that point, we are called to live differently.

And not just like in the physical ways that we're moving around, but we are called to completely like have an internal shift, an internal shift in our belief system where we're not just, you know, responding to the physical world.

Like we are born again of the spirit.

We are a spirit having a human experience.

And so a new creation, isn't just something they say like, Oh, you're a new creation in Christ.

No, you are a new creation.

But so often we see new creations living in their old life and they just have like, it's like, Having the lowest thing, like the smallest thing that you can get from it.
