Again, I don't know where it originated, but boy, he should have taken on the branding.

But it's similar to the analogy that I offered to you that, you know, when someone comes to your house, you know, and you're the host, that you show them hospitality.

And I was, in my attempt to paint a picture here, I was offering that you're going to someone's home.

You know, Tim was... you know, kind of alluding to the fact here that he's had some folks come and visit his home.

But I can tell you, if I get poor customer service out in the wild, let's say I go to your business, I go to your restaurant, get bad service.
