For those who haven't listened, if you want to go listen to the first episode, we went all into kind of the first stage, I suppose, of Kirstie's transformation.

But do you want to paint a little bit of a picture for people, kind of what happened next?
I suppose yeah it was getting time to like renew with you guys and I just bought my first house and I'd kind of changed jobs and I had a lot of mental pressures and things and I was just you know money was a major factor of kind of going oh well you know I'm gonna try and paint the picture of myself go I can do it on my own I've got you know fed over a year and a half of experience with you guys I've got the knowledge and I can go I can go on my own like I'll be fine And you do the whole, I don't need anyone else, you know, I've got the apps, I can figure out how to create the workouts and stuff, but to be able to save the money and you just fall into that trap if you just get that cycle.
And because you've got no support, I then even struggled even more and fell not into a, back into my old ways, but just the motivation, I think I just, felt behind of you know trying to create workouts wasn't possible and the nutrition side was good but it wasn't as good as it was so I think you know that whole thing is you can do it on your own I think I tried to run before I could walk or the other way around
but I think like you can do it but I tried a little bit too early and I should have reassessed and talked about my kind of financial situations and struggles before just going off on my own

but you had to you had to make the decision that you had to make for you at the time okay
yeah

and i think the massive benefit from this it shows you how your baseline okay got so much better you didn't go exactly back to where you were you didn't gain all the weight back you gained a little bit back okay that's natural you still kept a solid foundation of habits around training around nutrition it just just wasn't quite where it needed to be to get to where you wanted
Yeah, exactly.

And I want to say credit where credit's due because you had the self-awareness to kind of raise your hand and go, I feel like I need a little bit more of a kick up the ass here.

Whereas what happens for a lot of people is they start to slip and then they catch the buckets.

there to even get back where so for you to have the self-awareness to kind of realize i need to catch myself here and i'm okay things are okay but i want to get back to here i want to give you credit what would you say you learned through that period where you were on your own i
think i learned in one aspect I needed to not, I mean, my major worry is stuff that, you know, I get in my own head a lot.
And I think that I just tried to, you know, and I still do now, like take each day as it comes, like not overstress about a week or a month, just like take some things day by day.
And I think being that little time on my own kind of almost helped me go, I need to reach out for help.
