This episode is perfect for the person that wants to be creating more content, but feels blocked or "stuck" and like you don't know what to say. I know you know the feeling well -- when you sit down…

For so many therapists, for so many business owners, myself included, I have been in this place more than once throughout the 15 plus years that I've been in business.

I have had times where creating content to share with potential clients, to share whether it's on the blog or on social media or just like creating content that I want to put out into the world has felt like such a struggle.

And I've been in this place so many times and I know that there's a very strong chance that you – might have been in one of these places recently.

You might even be in one of those places right now when it comes to your content.

And here's the thing that I want to dive into today is I want to talk through what I have done to overcome that.

So we are going to talk about some ways and a couple of questions or one main question that I like to really ask myself to make content creation feel easier.

I want us to talk about this a little bit more because especially in this age of AI and especially in this age of like constant content creation and like We're all scrolling a little bit more than we would like to be.

We're consuming so much more content and it's making us feel so much less creative.

And even though we think we're going to Instagram or other people's blogs or we're looking at people's content in order to get inspiration, what ends up happening is that good intention of wanting to get inspiration ideas ends up chipping away slowly at our confidence because we're comparing ourselves.

I should say, I can say this better, but we're in this constant comparison mode.
