Like I truly have been able to look at Instagram as a way to kind of have fun, play, create content.

So my Instagram is somewhere where I get to like play and have fun and create content.

Whether you want to have an Instagram just for fun so that you can post content and play and just build deeper connection with people, amazing.

And so I've had some discovery calls lately, this past week actually, with multiple new therapist clients.

And I realized that when I was having calls with them, when I asked them if they're familiar with SEO, some of them weren't even familiar with what the acronym stands for.

And so I wanted to kind of dial it back for a second and just explain what SEO is and then talk a little bit about my SEO journey, some of the misconceptions I had about SEO, some of the things that I thought I understood that I actually didn't understand, and then how I got to a place now where my clients are actually finding me from Google and AI search.

And for a long time, that was really all that was relevant was everybody was using Google, people were Googling how to find businesses and how to find services that could help them.

And so I want to talk a little bit about like when I say SEO, I also kind of am talking about AIO and GEO, which is generative engine optimization.

Like the thing that's important to know in this day and age is that people are searching for you and we need to make sure that you are coming up.

And the best way that we can do that, the place where we have the most control on how you show up is through your own website.
