Arun BalakrishnanGuestJohn WeberHostSo Arun, what are you seeing in terms of how plaintiff firms are using AI today and how is that changing the way they identify, develop and pursue liability claims?

I would say about two, three years ago, it was largely limited to things like, you know, document review, maybe some demand letters.

In fact, I think it's being used across full case life cycles, you know, right from intake screening, medical chronology, missed injuries, settlement benchmarking, portfolio level selection of it.

But I think one of the biggest differences is how plaintiff firms are now using to identify the cases and potentially a lot more could get viable, which were not there before, right? So I think also existing cases, they're using it.

They're auditing it to identify additional injuries or defendants who could have been missed.

And these are all unintended positive things which plaintiffs are now discovering and extensively using it for.
