A lot of listeners know I put together a couple of retros courses for Mountain Goats a while back and really did some deep dives on retrospective.

It builds, right? So it starts from, they feel a little boring and they're getting stale.

And then that turns into, we don't really need to have them every sprint, right? I mean, we can skip this and kind of keep going.

So when I think about this, there's kind of three main things I think about that usually lead you to this place.
