🔥 Alvarez DEADLINE DRAMA! Jesus’ Barcelona SHOCK & Arsenal Plot SURPRISE Signing! | Transfer Daily

The big one was Gabriel Jesus.

Now, we know he's been linked with a move away all summer.

Atletico Madrid we heard.

We heard Napoli.

That was the real big one.

They were the real favourites.

Inter Milan.

But Fabrizio Romano yesterday exclusively breaking the news that he'd agreed a deal to join Barcelona.

That was a real surprise.

Barcelona never really at all been in the reckoning to get him.

There's not been any news at all.

This is the way how transfers can work.

linking him with a move to Barcelona, but it's Barcelona.

Great move for Gabriel Jesus personally.

He's joining them on a deal that's going to keep him there till 2028, and they also have an option to extend it a year as well.

This deal's worth 10 million euros plus add-ons, so it's going to take it to over 10 million pounds, the deal.

Said to be around about 12 million.

And he's set to have his medical today over there in Barcelona, and he will become a Barcelona player.

That was really, really out of the blue.

And what does that mean? Does that mean that Barcelona have definitely given up on any chance whatsoever of signing Julian Alvarez, the fact that they've gone and brought in Jesus? What a great move for him.

And good for Arsenal because they've got his hefty wages off the wage bill and listen, repaid the player with him getting a really great move.

Let's not forget Gabriel Jesus was part, I always look at it and say him and Zinchenko, they were part of the big revolution.

that came in under Mikel Arteta that season when we challenged for the league the first time.

They were the catalyst for that.

Has done well for Arsenal, but just very injury-prone throughout his career at Arsenal.
