Kayleigh GreenacreHostAnd let's dive into this, because I think there's so much to be said for, you know, people unmasking.
And, you know, there's a lot of us, and I'm sure so many of us have sort of hidden behind masks and not been the true authentic self in some part of our lives, whether it's our business journey as an part of our journey and our story.
What does it what does this actually mean? And why do so many of us as entrepreneurs kind of end up wearing masks in the first place?

So I think the way I love to describe it, and I have a lovely visual on this actually, but the way I describe it is we come into this world, pure, pure, brilliant us.

And I have a visual of this where it's this gorgeous, clear, brilliant diamond.

and over time and for all sorts of reasons and a lot of it in childhood but also as we grow and even in our 20s and 30s even like we absorb so much and there's conditioning and there's sometimes there's trauma and experiences and exposures to things messaging that we pick up all the things and i have a visual of that where that's like the sludge right the dirt the toxic thinking the mess that um kind of spoils that brilliance.

And then what we do is we sprinkle that with some beautiful glitter and put our front on that gets us through.

It's what we do to survive or to perform or to appear how we think we should or what we need to do or how we need to be seen.

The way I talk about unmasking, if you like, is actually, first of all, taking away that glittery layer.

reveal the sludge let's look at what that what's that made of what actually is that so that we can jet wash that off and then reveal that brilliant diamond within the real real you and so it's not about becoming something you're not or learning to be someone that you're not it's actually about getting back to the purest you that's always been there it's just hidden so that's my way of explaining what i mean by unmasking
