Now, thinking about culture, D&I, operating principles, I know that All of them are written on the wall, but a lot fewer companies, they are living it every single day.
How did you feel like, you know, working at Backstory as one of the leaders, team, people, culture, DNA, how you felt, you know, them living during these three months? Go ahead.
And it was one of the reasons that I was attracted to working with the organization.
Because I think it takes guts to take a company that's had one name for a long time and say...
And the cleverness of the name really did hook me because I find myself when I'm trying to approach a customer, when I'm trying to understand a relationship, I am looking for the backstory.
So what's the backstory here? So I loved that and I've seen it really kind of play out both in kind of fun ways and in very serious ways since I joined.
The company-wide channel is the reading room, things like that, that sort of play off the backstory notion.
But in a very serious way, we, as I mentioned earlier, we live in our product.
