never not in conversation which i think is a credit to your good self that you simply can't go from one end to the other without someone stopping you and saying what's going on so what are those conversations been looking like
yeah i blend the videos yeah since i've been making the videos people were able to sort of spot me and uh come up although to be fair i've had a couple of people saying i recognize your voice from the podcast which is really nice so that
yeah yeah yeah it's been yes it's been interesting this year obviously things a lot of these big trends the the macro trends you know artificial intelligence making text digital the the things i've been talking about for the last couple of years they they they evolve they move on and and um like certainly from a making tax digital point of view we've seen this shift in mindset you go to making tax digital talks for example and you don't tend to get in the q a you don't tend to get that why are we doing this again because i think people people know what we're doing this now so you know they might not agree of course but you know people are now moving on to just getting on with things, looking for solutions, um, you know, and, uh, you know, I, I did get the sense.

So yeah, and I think people are trying to, I mean, I guess in a similar way to those first couple of weeks of February where practices take stock and think, blimey, never
So we have firms sort of trying to work out how they can automate some of this, you know, document collection, chasing, processing, whatever they're doing.
I think deck, um, should I say sage released, uh, something that they're, they're sort of period review tool where they had an MTD agent previously that could sort of check where the clients are in scope for any of the waves coming through in this period review tool that pulled in, um, some of those transactions and sort of presented you with a sort of all in one screen for your Sage sole trader or, um, uh, some of those embedded apps, uh, as well as the sort of banks where Sage's software has been embedded as well.
know, and I think a lot of the software companies were kind of exhausted from having to sort of coach people through the use of their software as well.
