I don't think people realize how much of a psychological impact it could have on folks.

We've talked to a lot of people that have been in similar situations, and even when they don't fall for the scam, there was, there was one woman that we were working with who the bank teller actually had stopped her from wiring $40,000.
It was a tech support-
... scam.
They convinced her that her identity had been stolen and that she needed to move the funds out of her bank into a safe, somewhere else safe.
The bank teller noticed something was wrong and, and warned her about it.
Um, but when she called us and was, was talking to us, it was the same thing.
She didn't even lose the money, Paul, but she was still terrified to use her computer and, and is still to this day afraid of what's gonna happen when she answers her phone.
