Um, for any business, including The Charity CFO, we have one of our own budgets, and we have many micro budgets underneath that, which is exactly why we put that as one of our 30 principles on the financial blueprint.
And for those that don't know what the financial blueprint is, it's essentially our 30-point list of all of the common threads of the most successful nonprofit organizations that we've worked with for coming up now on 10 years.
So everybody always asks me, "Tasha, what are the most successful or sustainable nonprofits doing?" Um, and that's really coming up with a financial plan, and a financial plan is that budget.
We believe in it so much that that's one of the reasons why it is at the very top of the list.
