Text me what you thought of the show 😊 **What If Your Shift Work Expert Was Already on Shift?** Who does a shift worker turn to at 2am when…
Roger SutherlandHost
I want you to grab a coffee, sit down, because today I wanna talk about something that's really important part of where A Healthy Shift is heading: shift work champions.

Now, if you listened to the previous two episodes, if you've listened to the previous four hundred, you'll know how we got here.

In the first episode of this series, I talked about why I don't believe one-off shift work training is enough.

But if I walk into your organization and spend an hour or two with your people and then disappear, who is continuing that education? Then in the last ex- episode, we spoke about motivation and why I believe most shift workers don't need someone telling them to try harder.

So today, I wanna bring both of those conversations together because if education is the foundation and understanding is what we're trying to create, how do we keep that understanding alive? And that's the problem that I've been working tirelessly to try and solve.
