What does it actually look like to spend 30 years hiding panic disorder and agoraphobia from everyone around you and then finally decide you're done? In this episode, I sit down with Lauri, a former…
Shannon IrelandHost
I am so happy to be sitting down with one of my former Panic to Peace students.

I feel like I've not had one of these conversations in so long, and I don't know why.

I'm like, what have I been doing? [laughs] So, I am super excited to have Lori with me.

She took my Panic to Peace program back in, I wanna say we started at the end of September 2025 or maybe early October.

And she went through that program and then joined my coaching community after that.

And I am just so excited for you guys to meet her and hear her story, and we're gonna talk about so much good stuff.
Thank you, Shannon.
I'm happy to be here.
Let me tell you, I actually joined your community waiting to get into Panic to Peace.
Yeah.

And so smart, like I thought of that, and I [laughs] usually it's the opposite.
Mm-hmm.

Like, people will take Panic to Peace, and then they'll find, "Okay, I, I loved the accountability.

Like, I wanna keep going with that, and I loved the community." But yeah, you're right.

You, you took it while you were waiting, which was so smart because you got to, like, build connections and, I mean, we'll, we'll get into it.
