So yeah, I think some people specifically are great in-person storytellers, but I think where it's lost in translation is actually sharing it to the masses, right? Through marketing.

But an interesting stat that the National Association of Realtors posted that roughly 80% of consumers work with the first agent they contact.

So, you know, this comes from where are people finding you? How are they finding you? Why are they finding you? So let's dive in a little bit in the ideology of the battle begins before the conversation.

So how are you representing yourself to people through storytelling in front of people in marketing?
Yeah, I really think there's a couple ways that you can get those calls, right? Number one is excellent social media.
One of my biggest weaknesses when I'm on social media and I'm trying to get better at it is being too preachy, too newscaster-like, and not being myself.
I've noticed that a lot of the reels that perform the best are the ones that you're just completely natural.
So I really think that people want to work with people that they like and trust, but the biggest thing, and I'll go back to it, there's three ways.
So that's number one, and that is probably the lowest, right? The number two is if you have the data, right? So if you've got the listing, you're probably going to get a lot of calls.
But I think the biggest one is your brand gets out there by being involved in stuff and talking to people, conversations.
Because the first place that someone goes before they call a person, I don't care if you're buying a car, buying a house, a refrigerator, I don't know, an insurance agent, you go online and you Google someone or you go on someone's social media and you stalk them, right? So what we're kind of talking about here to get deeper into that is When they do that, what does it tell you? And you're right when you said like being more genuine in your social media reels and all those things like that so that they really know who you are.
So if you're telling a story, right, it's a book like you can't have your social media be one way, your website be another way, your Google review, like your story should tell who you are to everyone that is searching about you.
So it is so that they know, like you and trust you, right? So there's all different things.
Also the friends and family, right? What happens? They go search you online and they go look at your social media, but then they talk to your friends and your family or clients that you worked with in the past they run into and they don't match up.
When I'm buying anything that's a major purchase, I'm asking everybody who I know, who is it that you used? How was your experience? And that starts the story and then it continues on.
