Threshing Day: Brennan's Story

we've already read about Violet's threshing day in...

Yeah, that's Taryn.

The regular series, we're not reading about them in this one.

Kind of.

Yeah.

But there's, like, at the very beginning, and I was cracking up because, okay, we all did that, like, thing where we got our dragon on the website and everything.

Having read this chapter first would have helped some of the people that kept getting toasted, I feel.

Listen, listen.

I was reading,

yeah, so it says Trial by Fire, Threshing Advice for Dragonkide Professors by Colonel Thaddeus Palm.

I tell you what, I was reading this and I was like, what the fuck? I should have fucking read this.

before I started trying to get my dragon, because I died a total of three times.

Because I was like, okay, well, Violet did this.

Let me try this.

And then that didn't fucking work in my favor.

I got fucking stabbed.

And it's like, it's dangerous to go with other people.

And I'm like, I didn't fucking go with other people.

I stopped to possibly help.

And then...

I tried it again, of course, four hours later.

I was like, okay, she climbed a tree.

Let me try climbing a tree.

And then a red one came by and I dropped down behind it.

Bitch didn't like that.
