And we haven't seen a whole lot of articles about it, but apparently Elon Musk is looking to spend $200 million boosting the GOP in Texas with Ken Paxton's battle being, you know, filling the gap in his ability to fundraise, which I don't think people want to give that man money.

Yeah, Tallarico has raised $68 million since June 30th, more than seven times the $9.2 million hauled by Paxson's campaign.

Tallarico is a sign that, right, the people, the public, and then Elon Musk is going to put $200 million.

But overcoming that kind of money is incredibly difficult because apparently there are people who just look at mailers that come in their mailbox and decide that's how they should vote.

I haven't been watching local news that much, but recently I watched Channel 5 to try to catch something, and the ads that were coming in on that were not great.

I think, to me, I'm big into sports, so when football season's on, I think now you're just like, that's when people tune in to their TVs, right? Because that's Sunday, that's Saturday.

I was talking to Lon Burnham about this at the People's Commissioner's Court, and I asked him, like, so what do you think about where we are right now? And Lon Burnham says, you know, he was a state rep for many years and just a decades-long activist in the 817.

And Lon said, you know, I could not be more thrilled where the Democratic Party is today.

And I don't know what's the percentage of people who go out and vote that are the TV voters.

And that is to me like, why I think what we were talking about before we got onto this pod is the next 30 to 45 days- 20 days until early voting.
