And the question is, what is the way that one can do that? And I believe the answer is something that we say three times a day in the tefillah of HaShivenu, where we ask Hashem, ברכת השם הרצה בשובה.

If you look at the beginning of the bracha, what does it say? HaShivenu Avinu L'Seresecha.

And the question is, obviously Torah is part and parcel of what a Yid needs to do.

And obviously the יצהרה is the thing that brought us to the point of needing to do teshuva because we were following after the יצהרה.

So Hashem is telling us, I created that which can be the medicine, the antidote for that problem of the יצהרה.

And really, if you look at a Gemara in Bamitzia on Daf Pehei Amid Alef, the Gemara tells us an interesting story of Rebbe that went to the town of Rav Elazar ben Shimon, I think it's Rav Shimon Bar Yochai.

And Rebbe asked, does he have a son? And the townspeople said, yes, he has a son.

But unfortunately, this son of Rav Elazar went after very bad ways and he wasn't following in the ways of a Kadesh Baruch Hu.

Somehow he gave him smicha and the Rebbe of that yeshiva went ahead and he learned with him.

And every day the son wanted to leave, wanted to go back to his other ways.

And he learned with him every day till he got to the point where he became a big, you know, a tzadik, a talmud hakham.

And one day he came back to the town of Rebbe and he was learning the Beit Midrash.

Rebbe said, oh, the sound of this kol Torah sounds like the son of Rav Elazar ben Shimon Bar Yochai.

But what's very interesting is that this boy who was going after Yetzirah had all of these bad tayvis and was doing these bad things.
