You had that exact person you needed to have to be like, no, Zulari, I think you can do this.

Yeah, she definitely did.

And I still didn't do it.

Like it's still the still I didn't host events still probably like who maybe like a year and a half after that initial No, maybe even two years like no, but I attended events.

So that's kind of what sparked it for me because I started attending events.

And I saw how that helped me with my business in so many ways in so many ways and truly changed me as a person.

Because getting in the room, there's just nothing like it.

So dealing with grief, dealing with starting a business.

And for me, I'm the type that if when I'm stressed, I swell up.

I am like, oh, my gosh.

Like, yeah, so I that's how I coped with everything, you know, like.

you know, also, I wasn't eating the healthiest, I was actually eating my feelings for about like two years.

Whereas I find like a lot of coaches, you just see them saying like sales and marketing and that's all.
