And, um, did you see different effects for different groups? So, you know, between were there differences between men and women, for example?
3:18
So I think before I answer that, although I, I will, I will preview it by saying yes, I think it's important to understand sort of how I built this general measure of behavior change so that we understand when I look at the differences why it mattered.
3:31
So as I mentioned at the beginning, I thought it was very important that we sort of capture all these different behaviors into one sort of general measure, and so I included a total of eight sort of sub measures, right? So we had how many fruits and vegetables do you eat in a day? Do you walk? How many days in a month do you walk? Do you smoke, and if so, how many cigarettes do you smoke in a day? Do you drink, and if so, how many drinks in a day? But also, how many drinks on your heaviest drinking day, because that's a risk factor as well.
4:00
And finally, how many days in a week do you drink? And so, as I said, I put these together, and when you combine them all together, it looks like men and women are behaving similarly.
4:10
But it's when you split them apart that you see such interesting differences.
4:13
So for men, we actually see that there's not much change happening.
4:18
Mostly they're only just reducing the number of cigarettes they smoke.

Zoe, did you, did you have a- anything you wanted to talk about in terms of thoughts on, on policy arising from the, from the research?
