And so you've got to figure out a way of, of kinda handling that.

And so, so yeah, I would say, I would say stressed, but, but okay.

But what I would say is that I really actively manage stress.

It's like a huge workflow in its own right, and it's something that I started doing when I stepped into leadership roles.

I would say that before that, everything, as a practitioner, I was a client practitioner for a really long time, and everything was quite smooth sailing actually.

Like, the, the industry possibly hadn't transformed as much as it had now, and everything was sort of build, build, build and kinda easy, easy, easy.
