It feels very established straight away.

Yeah, honestly, I was, let's say, I wasn't surprised at the very beginning because that's how difficult it would be setting up a new team, getting all the staff coming alongside from each team.

for different teams or different scenarios and to put it into one team together.

But honestly, the way how they progressed, I was very surprisingly positive about it because, you know, nothing to really say about My previous team was Ferrari, you know, they know what they're doing, you know.

They've been always super on it, fighting for victories, championships over the past year.

So the whole construct of the team was built in a very smooth but also organised way.

But then coming from, of course, my old three seasons, that was a big difference I really find with the Cadillac team, how well they was really to... to improve as a whole team like the facility wise i think we still have a lot of things to go to be get better because we're getting new buildings new factories around silverstone around different indianapolis all these places which is always going to be quite difficult i think because you're going to be passing different areas different countries but the silverstone one is always the main one that we try to build a race team but then uh besides from that i think uh The operation, the team side has been super on it because the way how they set up the whole weekend, the way they improved the pit stop from the beginning of the year.

How big a step do you think that will be in terms of just giving you something that's just higher fidelity, lower latency? It's just going to make everything work that little bit better, isn't it?

What's been the main difference with, like, this new team, and, and what wisdom have you been able to impart on them?

I think I'm just super, you know, proud firstly with the guys how the team is coming along because it's not easy these days when you're making a complete new team in Formula 1, everything starting from scratch, and then you are trying to build up your team, build up your facility, build up your simulator, your factory, your wind tunnel, your cars.

You know, this, all these little things really matter.

But then for us to put in team all together starting from last year, that was pretty insane job and just to have the car running on ground in the Bahrain test.

And then when, when we get to the race, you know, we are making sure the reliability is, is well, we're finishing the race, and we're improving, we're getting our up, aero, uh, package improving.

So I think every individual did a massive, you know, good job over the last year and a half and to this point, and then there's a long way to go.

And for us, you know, we are, we're here to making sure, of course, earn the respect from the other teams as well as try to compete, try to bring the team into a top midfielder and so on and more forward.

We spoke a little bit about it at the start of the show, but how much is similar between series to series, and how much changes as a racing driver when you get in a new car, a new series, even go on a new circuit? How long does it take to get into the swing of things and, and where are the similarities?
