[laughs] Uh, so in 2026, Swing Left launched Ground Truth, which is a new model of grassroots organizing that reimagines how Democrats talk with voters one conversation at a time.

Ground Truth is an innovative, volunteer-powered, deep canvassing program, and it's built on a simple premise.

Uh, we believe that Democrats cannot win lasting power, sustainable power beyond, uh, just one election cycle without first rebuilding trust with voters, and that that trust begins with deep listening.

Um, Ground Truth volunteers engage all voters, not just likely supporters of Democratic campaigns, in longer two-way conversations.

And our goal is to, uh, identify conflicted voters, to build trust with those conflicted voters, voters who are either conflicted about voting itself or about, uh, voting for a specific candidate, persuading those folks to get out and vote for Democrats in 2026, 2028, and elections beyond.

this is where I want you to tell people how to sign up, how to get trained, how to join the effort, and maybe, uh, point out some places where you really want to, if somebody volunteers, where you really want them to be.
