What have you learned about managing people in cannabis that you didn't know when you first started?

Yeah, absolutely.

I do have my day one, Ryan is his name.

He's my cultivation director.

He runs all of our different cultivation facilities, indoor, greenhouse.

So he actually worked with me at Sears and we would go smoke weed on our breaks and he was a medical grower.

So he had a home grow and he'd show me pictures of his weed.

What do you think people are kind of underestimating? I think...
