But how if Colorado in a few short years can go from being reliably red to deep blue, what does that mean when we start to see these type of demographic shifts happening in the fastest growing city and fastest growing county and the reliably red state of Alabama?
12:27
Yeah, that's right.
12:30
And you're touching on actually an irony because I gave this talk to a group of pastors just actually two months ago in Madison County, then last month in Limestone County.
12:42
And I impressed upon these pastors the need to begin to think more.
12:47
of the Huntsville statistical area.
12:49
So that includes Madison and Limestone County together as having more in common with Colorado Springs than Coleman, which I know sounds like jarring to people, but over the last five years since about, well, really a little bit before that, maybe about 2020, one in four people who've moved to Huntsville have come from what, missiologists in my field would call post-Christian cities.
13:17
So these would be cities like LA or Seattle or Nova, Northern Virginia, Miami-Dade.

Kind of cast a vision for the type of churches you would like to see planted in Madison County that could actually preserve but also begin to re-dig the wells of Abraham.
7:50
Yeah
7:50
... um, is that, uh... 'cause there's an exponential move, right? So it...
7:56
People can get this conceptually quite easily.
7:59
When the government moves Space Command to Huntsville and relocates it, should, um, should, uh, Senator Tuberville, Senator Britt, and the Alabama, uh, delegation get Space Academy located in Huntsville? My hope is it lands here.
8:14
Obviously, h- uh, Houston or, or, um, Orlando, uh, Florida seem like reasonable candidates.
8:21
It makes a lot of sense to me to have it in Huntsville.
8:23
Um, but should they do that, let's s- say that's 5,000 jobs.

Do you have any parting thoughts on this? Do we wanna talk about maybe, uh, an effort in, uh, we might have coming up to plant some churches up in Madison County?
