37:58
Yeah.
37:58
So, okay, so you go to the school of infantry, and so what happens is combat MOSs go to, like, one side of the camp, non-combat MOSs go to the other side.
38:06
They do 21 days in the field.
38:08
They do a bunch of hikes.
38:09
They get exposed.
38:11
Like, they sit behind a 240, they shoot a few rounds, they get up, and they go to another thing.
38:15
21 days in the field consecutively honestly sucks, but that's their only...
38:55
[chuckles]

And bigger and more real and, like, more, um, surrounding.
36:27
And, you know, in between me purging, which is what, what happens with Ibogaine.
36:32
Um, so the, the way the treatment goes, and again, I, I don't, this is what happens.
36:37
So we were weighed- Um, we had blood pressure, we did drug tests, we did all these things, and then the medicine is given to you in a pill capsule, and you stop eating at noon, and so the, the ceremony begins around 7:00.
36:53
And, um, you're just laying there and you're like, "Is it working?" And then all of a sudden it starts working.
36:59
And so I hadn't had anything to eat for a long time, and like I'm having these like visions in this dream state, and every now and then I will come up and purge, vomit, um, the trauma.
37:48
[laughs] Yeah.
1:39
So tell us, Zach, what a somatic therapist is.
1:41
Yeah.
1:43
So...
1:45
To distinguish therapist and coach, it's, you know, I don't have an LCSW or an LMFT.
1:52
So it's a slightly different program.
1:55
Coaches tend to be a little bit more future oriented.
1:59
And also I am really accountable to outcomes.
6:41
Like, who is somatic therapy for? And what does that look like and why?
76:30
Mm-hmm
76:30
... um, I think just, like, newer veterans in general because, like, they feel like we're not giving them their due.
76:35
But, like, honestly, they're the ones who did a lot of the work that put myself and everyone in, I believe, this room in a position to succeed.
76:42
Um, I wanted to work with them, but, like, what I always say to people is, like, I have the ability to reach out and interact with hundreds of thousands to millions of people at any given moment in my life.
76:52
That's what they did to me.
76:53
They straight up lied about me.
81:22
Yeah.
81:22
And like it sh- it's, I can still think of like when I opened up my phone and I saw it and I was just like, [sighs] "My wife's gonna be so pissed at me." [laughs] Like, like 'cause I was just like, "I can't believe I'm in this place." Like I've, like I said, like you said, like I have worked with veterans, I have worked with non-profits.
