It's been an honor to create a tartan for the Brick Church, one that I hope reflects the faith, history, and community that have sustained us for nearly 260 years.

Tartan comes to us from Scotland, where our Presbyterian tradition has deep roots.

No single thread makes a tartan.

Its strength and beauty come from many threads crossed and holding together.

The broad blue records the sky of our city, and God's grace over us all.
