Shalom Aleichem, everyone knows this here, Rosh Hashanah falls out on Shabbos.

So everyone knows that we don't blow Sheifer on Shabbos.

So I just want to go through what's the reasoning, the Mishnah, the Gemara, and maybe there was some Rosh Hashanah that Taka did blow on Shabbos, and what that entailed, how they did it, and what would, even up to 100 years ago, it was a big push to try to get blowing on Sheifer reinstated across the board.

So I'll start with the Mishnah, then we'll build it from there.

So Chofta has been based in Rosh Hashanah, Yantar, Shechol, Rosh Hashanah, So, when Yom Tov fell out, the first day of Rosh Hashanah fell out on Shabbos.

So, they would blow the sheifer whenever there was a Bezdin.
