And what attracted you to join the company?
1:36
The company at that time, when I joined the company back in 2018, there was a new shareholder coming in, JKC Kenwood, a minority shareholding.
1:49
And my task was to look for synergies between the Tate Communications and Kenwood.
1:56
And what enticed me to get into the company is the fact that I was able to bring the experiences that I got in the US with Motorola Solutions and L3Harris into Tate and grow the company from the time I got it back into 2021 when I became the CEO.
2:17
I was able to apply all those experiences into the company.
2:22
First, fixing the portfolio and what Tate was lacking at the time when I joined our investment in the right technologies, right solutions for the market, mainly for public safety, mainly for emergency services.
2:39
And so we invested a lot back in 2020, 2021, fixing the technology and also investing in other solutions that the market needed, but they didn't have.

the emotion out of it.
30:05
To start with, for, you know, anyone that may be, uh, you know, has heard the name of, you know, previously Tait E- Electronics, now Tait Communications, um, but, but, you know, doesn't know too much around, uh, what, what you do, how d- how would you, uh, you know, you sum that up?
30:21
Thank you.
30:22
Tait Communications design, develop, and manufacture, uh, public safety critical communications. Not only for public safety, but also for utilities, transportation, and mining.
30:35
Recently, we have launched a set of products also to get into the enterprise market.
30:39
[lips smack] To summarize it, it is, uh, we are providing critical communication for first responders at, at the moment that matters, right? Uh, so, um, those systems are very reliable, should be extremely reliable, robust, uh, on the air at all times.
31:01
You know, other commercial networks, um, don't stand, uh, in harsh conditions, weather conditions, and, uh, that system, the public safety network or the utility networks, has, has to stand, uh, harsh conditions and provide communications at all time.
31:22
So that's overall, and we...
32:06
Um, you know, what do you think it is? Is it, uh, is it your current growth? Uh, you know, are there other areas that sort of particularly stand out from your perspective?
