So to the extent you have any overlays.
25:21
No, no, I do.
25:22
I do.
25:22
So, so I think probably the, the most interesting, look, There are some relatively more kind of like AGI pilled bets in the portfolio.
25:34
And I think that's, that's like reasonable and makes sense.
25:37
But by and large, the things that I've been kind of more focused on are like the second order impacts where like, I don't necessarily want to take that strong a point of view on like how, you know, scaling works over the next two years.
25:51
I don't know.

Yeah,
25:50
It's the affordability buzzword.
25:51
Yeah, affordability, and, like, that, you know, it then just becomes this question of, like, do we, do we see affordability through a supply-side lens, which is more of the kind of like abundance and like YIMBY movement, or do we see affordability through more of the demand-side lens, which is the historical democratic approach of, like, subsidized demand and then watch as prices spiral out of control? So the emerging democratic consensus does actually, across the sort of range of Democrats, does seem to be more supply side or abundance-oriented, which is really encouraging.
26:29
Um, I work in New York with a group called Abundance New York, um, who these guys, these guys are great.
26:36
Um, shout out, you know, Catherine and, uh, and Ryder.
26:39
Uh, and then nationally, I'm, I'm close with, uh, uh, the people who run the, uh, Inclusive Abundance Initiative.
26:45
I think there's, like, the whole idea of abundance politics can work really well.
26:51
I think the language itself is very, like, elite-coded and, and, and maybe not super transferable.

... a too big to fail strategy.
