But what are the kind of behavioral traits that you look for in people? And then probably following on from that, Is there a kind of consulting skills angle? So do you look for people who can ask a certain type of question or do you prefer to focus on the technical? Do you think the consulting side can be trained? So your thoughts.

I think in terms of skills, if I start with CVs, when I usually look at CVs, I try and ignore the skills section.

Because if I look at the skills section, it's a huge list of skills which we usually can't verify.

And at times, I've seen lots of CVs where I've seen skills which... later i find out that you know the candidate doesn't exhibit so one of the one of the things that i really look at is i look at the experience and i see how those skills have been used to solve problems for businesses and has this have those skills resulted in any positive outcomes for the business uh that that's one of the things i see but also like specifically in terms of trades i do look for proactivity and drive i think these two are probably one of the most important for me and my team I would rather have a person who is super proactive and less technical.

I think you can learn and you can improve if you have the productivity and if you have the drive within you.

In terms of the consultant sort of behaviors and skills, I still feel that if you are a good consultant, if you are able to understand business problems well, you have a much better chance of adapting to an industry that you've never heard of before.

So if you obviously have worked in the past and if you've tried to solve business problems in lots of different areas, the person obviously has to understand, the person needs to have some good research skills as well.
