How has the experience been in 2026 compared to when you came a couple of years ago?

Yanique GrantGUEST
So when I came in 2024, it was very new to me, and I must say, um, I don't think I was as au fait with the con- the content, and even as very much experienced in the BPO sector 'cause even though I'm a customer service trainer, I didn't really have a lot of experience with BPOs.

Yanique GrantGUEST
But I learnt a lot from that event, and I connected with a lot of people who I still stay in touch with to this day.

Yanique GrantGUEST
So it's like it really came full circle for this event because I'm telling you, every presentation has really been insightful, um, just to kinda look at things from the inside out and from the outside in, and it, it really has been very knowledgeable, um, very impactful, and even emotional.

Yanique GrantGUEST
Um, I think the social impact sessions yesterday really connected to the core of who I am, stripping aside me being as a mother or me being as a professional, but just who I am and what I stand for in terms of, you know, just me as a person.
