So can you tell us what you think is the hard part?

First of all, thank you so much.

I'm so excited to be here.

I think that APAC is one of the most complex, I think, regions in the world when it comes to payments, when it comes to global commerce, but also one of the most exciting.

And it's true.

Global merchants spend so much time on the mechanical portions, getting the licenses and locking down the partners, doing the paperwork and setting up the entities that allow them to operate on the ground.

But the real work is in understanding their target market and the people they want to reach.

What does it offer that merchants can't find elsewhere?

And

how civic participation and how conversations like these can really move the needle and drive sort of ways that more collectively we think about creativity or innovation or accessibility.

And that they aren't, you know, I recently had this conversation again because I work for a technology company that developed a navigation app with accessibility in mind.

And so access sort of falls in.

It comes to the forefront.

But it was rooted so that the tech piece, the app, that's an output.

It's not the outcome.
