um but i i gotta ask you um so uh you guys probably see it as much as anybody right being on the software side of things commercial real estate folks they like to build things that's just in their blood right so the build versus buy conversation i'd love to get your opinion on uh what you're seeing with some of these groups i know you have an opinion on it i have an opinion but why don't why don't we start with your opinion on what you're seeing with all that

First of all, I think we're in the most, it's not news, but we're in the most interesting, exciting time in technology probably ever.

I feel like I'm that kid in high school again, just sitting at my computer late at night building things and realizing the power of what technology could do.

And I think a lot of people for the first time with Cloud Code and Replit or whatever the tools are, are feeling that like exciting energy of like, wow, I could actually build something myself.

My whole life, I have these software companies coming to me and pitching me all these things.

And it's like, I don't like that.

I don't like this.

So tell us about that shift in thinking and the business.
