It's interesting 'cause I, um, definitely always had a work version of myself and a home version of myself, and, you know, I would choose which bits of each I would share either side.

Um, uh, but most impor- importantly, of course, you know, at work, quite often, uh, you don't know a lot of what is going on in someone's personal life, and people choose not to share it, and I was one of those people.

I can never remember what it was, but the, what I realized is there is-- The bigger the gap between the reality of your situation and the versionyou are portraying to people at work, people anywhere frankly, but people at work in this instance, the greater the space is for mental wellness issues to grow.
