You know, if, if an employer has to make a choice between an employee that has mastered AI skills versus someone that hasn't, you know, you, you can't blame that employer if in time they pick the person that has mastered those skills because that skill set, in my mind, will be required for every job.

And I think that's where, you know, if people that will be left behind in my mind are people that are potentially not opening themselves to upskilling, to learning, to developing, to investing in what this will look like.
