Window Rock

But when I was 60 years old, I went to the Navajo Nation and was preaching there.

And they wanted to take me out to the to their capital of the Navajo Nation, it's Window Rock.

And when I looked up, the reason they call it that is this big mountain with a big hole in the middle of it.

And when I looked up there and saw it, it was that very mountain, it was that hole that I pushed the rock out of.

But we were there.

And the same grounds coming through the same grounds when I was just little and the Lord gave me that dream rendezvoused with it 52 years later.

And so we ministered to the, to the tribal nations, 91 of them out there and, um, at window rock.

So the Lord is, he will show you things that you have to, you'll rendezvous with later and, And people will say, oh, this is deja vu.

So here's one that happened to my mom that I always think about.

So when she was younger, she was driving to Navajo, New Mexico from Window Rock, which is about a 15 minute drive on a two lane road, one lane north and one lane south.

Through giant red rocks on one side and more open land on the other.

It was pretty late at night and she was driving in a single cab truck.

And, you know, it's it's we've had a lot of our team members.

And we also have an office in Window Rock.

So we we we hear a lot of Navajo.

And so yate.

We still hang out, but we still get water and take care of the livestock, but we will never forget what happened that night.

When I was about twelve years old, I was driving with my father on a road from Window Rock, Arizona, toward Interstate 40 Junction near Sanders, Arizona.

This road is located on the Navajo Nation.

All the reservation is trees and high desert, and houses aren't found for miles, and there isn't any electricity or running water.

My dad and I were driving south, and it was snowing, and it was about two AM.

We were driving for roughly forty minutes from Window Rock, and my dad and I saw a woman beside the road with no shoes and no jacket.

When we saw her, she was walking about twenty-five feet from the road.

When we saw her, she didn't even look back to see who it was or even try to hitchhike.
