What would you say was the most valuable insight or learning experience, the biggest takeaway about this whole experience? William, can we hear from you again?

Of course.

For us, one of the biggest takeaways was really around communication.

Since the case asked us to deliver our recommendations to government officials, many of whom may not have a background in actuarial science, it really sort of pushed us to think carefully about how we present our work.

It wasn't enough for our analysis to be just technically sound, we had to make sure that our findings were accessible and our rationale was easy to f- follow.

We had to be quite intentional in the way in which we convey the story without too much of, you know, the technical jargon.

And frankly speaking, even though the three of us went to the same high school, we all had pretty different strength and weaknesses.
