Um, but then is it, is it harder or, or easier to change in an entrepreneur? Because, um, i- if it was purely business related, then I guess it's a, it's a solution you can, you can, you can work on or you can, you can argue, but then changing someone's mindset must, must be a bit harder.
3:28
The good news is, uh, impact and a profitable business can go hand in hand.
3:33
And, um, uh, how I often find a solution or, or the, the solution, let's say, uh, that, that I often recommend is to have a co-founder next to you with additional skill sets than you have.
3:50
So if you are the technician with the idea, okay, I want to make impact, get yourself a co-founder that has experience with unit economics, for example, that can make a calculation, okay, at what cost price can we make this product and for how much do we need to sell it in order to have a profitable business? So I think you need both in a company, and that's something that I've experienced myself as well as a co-founder.
4:18
Um, we had four guys as, as, as co-founders of a software business, and you see everyone bringing their own skills, their own mindset, their own cultural background to the table, and that adds a lot of value to the team eventually.

And especially for, for impact entrepreneurs, what do you think makes up a good ecosystem? What are some, some key players? Because of course, it's, it's very broad, but what are, what are some key aspects that you think that are very much necessary for, for a good eco- ecosystem?
4:51
There's a lot of research on successful ecosystems and, um, uh, if you, if you look at it, I think there, there are three main inputs that are necessary, and one is talent.
5:04
So talent, uh, in terms of, uh, young or older people, uh, that are passionate about technologies, but also like I mentioned, know how to figure out a business case.
